The terms governing your use of the RAZerve website and early-access experience.

1. About RAZerve
RAZerve is an Arizona-first restaurant discovery platform and upcoming mobile application. Our website currently provides information about the planned service, restaurant-related editorial content, and an early-access waitlist. RAZerve is preparing for launch and does not currently provide live restaurant reservations through this website.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the RAZerve website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website. These terms apply to the current website and its prelaunch features. Additional terms may apply to future mobile app features or reservation services when those features become available.
3. Eligibility and Appropriate Use
You agree to use the website lawfully and in a manner that does not interfere with its operation or other visitors’ access. You must not attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful software, misuse forms, impersonate others, or use the website for fraudulent purposes.
4. Early-Access Waitlist
Visitors may voluntarily submit their contact information to express interest in RAZerve’s launch or potential restaurant partnerships. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee early access, an invitation, a restaurant reservation, or any particular launch date. We may contact waitlist participants about RAZerve-related updates in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Restaurant Information and Editorial Content
Restaurant names, descriptions, images, recommendations, and editorial content are provided for informational and discovery purposes. Details such as availability, menus, prices, opening dates, operating hours, and restaurant policies may change. Visitors should confirm important information directly with the relevant restaurant. Unless expressly stated otherwise, featuring a restaurant does not imply an official partnership, endorsement, or reservation integration.
6. No Live Reservation Service at Present
RAZerve does not currently offer live restaurant reservations through this website. Any references to upcoming reservations, app features, or future integrations describe planned functionality and do not guarantee that such functionality is currently available or will launch on a particular date.
7. Intellectual Property
The RAZerve name, branding, website design, original text, and other materials owned by RAZerve are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party restaurant names, logos, images, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit RAZerve-owned materials without permission, except as allowed by law.
8. Third-Party Websites and Services
The website may include references or links to third-party websites and services. RAZerve does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, policies, availability, or services. Accessing third-party services is at your discretion and subject to their applicable terms.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue website content or prelaunch features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information will always be complete, current, or error-free.

RAZerve makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy or completeness of third-party restaurant information, future launch timing, or the availability of planned features. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RAZerve will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
